Welcome to another Friday! This week I have a free printable for you.
I use this exact sticker every week, and I’ve had a number of people ask why I don’t have it in my shop. I try very hard to only use my own artwork for stuff I sell, or images I made using commercial-use-approved elements. But as a freebie? I’m down with that.
These trackers are what I use to keep tabs on my daily mood levels. I then take the numbers and plot them on a monthly chart so I can see how my emotional cycle runs from month to month. I’ve added that chart at the end of the post, as well, so you can right-click-save and use it if you want.
These would be useful not just for depression, but fibromyalgia or any other chronic condition that involves variable symptomatic levels you might use a 1-10 scale to track. There are, after all, all kinds of pain.
Click on the image below to access the pdf of Baymax trackers. Just print them out on sticker paper and cut them out, or print on regular paper and use a glue stick. They’re 1.5″ X 1.5″, so they’ll fit handily in the sidebars of many weekly planners.
